For your inspiration! Here’s an article about a 101-year-old woman who began running at a more “mature” age! Her story inspires me to keep going!
It also lends a convenient nod to our book club choice for last March, The One-in-a-Million Boy, by Monica Wood, also with a character who is 101 years old. If you haven’t yet read it, I encourage you to read this surprising tale about…well, you’ll just have to read it! 😉
